Win A Dream Mystery Holiday! *Low Odds*

This competition is for UK residents aged 18 and above. Maximum tickets per user is 59. The Promoter reserves the right to amend entry limits only where reasonably necessary for the proper administration of the competition and where doing so would not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants. Upon ordering, you’ll receive an email confirmation with randomly allocated ticket number(s). There are a total of 999 tickets available. If the competition does not sell out, the draw will still occur on November 8th, 2026. Travel insurance and any required visas or travel authorisations are not included and will be the prize winner’s responsibility. The prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless stated otherwise. Holiday package dates may be amended subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion. The holiday cannot be brought forward to a date earlier than the date originally arranged by the Promoter. Requests to move the holiday to a later date may be considered at the Promoter’s discretion and, where agreed, may result in additional fees or costs payable by the prize winner. Changes to the airline, accommodation or other services are not permitted unless agreed by the Promoter. Where any changes or alterations are agreed at the Promoter’s discretion, any resulting increase in cost will be payable by the prize winner. Resort fees or local tourist taxes, if applicable, are payable at the destination by the winner. You can enter online or for free via postal entry sent to FFC, but you need an account on FFC for processing. Make sure your entry details match your account for confirmation and ticket allocation. Postal entries without a registered account won’t be processed. View full postal entry guidelines here. The live draw, on FFC’s Facebook page, will use a verifiably random number generator to select the winning ticket. This competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Apple or Google. By entering, you agree that these platforms aren’t liable or responsible for the competition’s administration or promotion. The winner of the Mystery Holiday is guaranteed return flights and accommodation rated a minimum of 3 stars, or an equivalent standard where an official star-rating system is not applicable, as part of their prize. The exact Mystery Holiday received will be determined by the Mystery Box and Wheel outcomes. The destination, duration, holiday type, accommodation, number of travellers, departure airport, airline, travel dates, itinerary and any additional elements included in the prize will depend on the applicable outcome. Following the draw, the winner will select a Mystery Box live to reveal the type of holiday they have won. The destination will then be determined by a live Wheel spin. All holiday arrangements are subject to availability. The Promoter will arrange the applicable holiday package in accordance with the Mystery Box and Wheel outcome. Where a specific flight, airline, accommodation provider or other element of the selected holiday becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a reasonable alternative of equivalent or greater value. Return flights and accommodation rated a minimum of 3 stars, or an equivalent standard where an official star-rating system is not applicable, are guaranteed as part of every Mystery Holiday outcome and will not be removed or substituted for a prize that does not include these elements.

Once your order has been placed, your ticket number(s) will be randomly allocated and will show on your order confirmation. They will also be emailed to you, and will also be available in your account area.

The draw is done live on Facebook using a random number generator to determine the winning ticket number. You’ll be contacted directly if you have won.

If the competition sells out in advance, then the draw will be brought forward. Keep updated on the confirmed draw date via our website & social media accounts.
