To enter, simply register an account, choose a competition, select the number of entries you’d like, and purchase your tickets. Once your entry is confirmed, your ticket numbers will be emailed to you and can also be viewed in your account.

Each competition has a fixed number of tickets available. This will be clearly displayed on the competition page.
The number of tickets remaining is shown on each competition page in real time.
If you’re one of our lucky Instant Winners, congratulations! All Instant Win prizes, including both cash and site credit, are automatically added to your wallet, so there’s nothing you need to do. Cash winnings can be withdrawn directly from your wallet to your bank account at any time. Withdrawals typically take 24–48 hours to process, although they are often completed sooner. Your odds of winning depend on how many tickets you purchase and the total number of tickets available. This information is displayed clearly on the competition page.
The competition draw date and time is stated on the entry page for each competition. Each draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time regardless of how many tickets are sold.
Live draws:
All of our live draws can be watched on our Facebook page. We use a verified random number generator to select the winner. You can see the full draw and results live, including comments and questions from our customers. If the first number generated is unsold, we will generate a new number until we have a winner.
Instant wins:
Instant win prizes are won by matching your ticket number to a pre-set list of instant win numbers. If your ticket number matches any number on the instant win list, you will win that prize instantly. Any prizes not won by the end of the competition will be forfeited.
Automated draws:
Some of our competitions use an automated draw system. Once the competition ends, our system will randomly select a winner from all valid entries using an automated process. The winner will be contacted directly and announced on our website and social media.
If a competition does not sell out, the draw will still take place on the date and time shown. All tickets sold remain valid and the winner will be chosen at random. Any Instant Win prizes not won will be forfeited, but all purchased tickets will still be entered into the main draw.
Some competitions include Instant Win prizes. If the ticket number you receive matches a pre-set Instant Win number, you will win that prize instantly. You will be notified immediately and we will contact you to arrange your prize.
Winners will be contacted directly by email and phone. All winners will also be announced on our website and social media channels after the draw.
